The study aimed at identifying the effectiveness of the High Scoop program in developing the problem solving capacity of Kindergarten children. It was urgent to introduce new methods and activities to kindergarten programs to help them develop problem solving skills. The researcher followed the semi-experimental approach of the two groups, And the experimental group). The two measures used the pre-test and post-test for the problem-solving scale to investigate the effectiveness of the High Scoop program in developing the ability of kindergarten children to solve problems. The sample consisted of (50) children (5-6 years) They have a hi scoop woo approach The experimental group consisted of 25 children representing the control group from the kindergarten of Talat in Riyadh. The researcher used "n2" to determine the strength of the effect of the program and the black gain equation for the investigation of the strength of the high scoop program.
